Kids! Memory Verse Challenge 2

Hey! Here is a recap of our Google Meets memory verse challenge week 2!

Last week we had EIGHT kids memorize their verses and it was an encouragement to me to put in the work to also memorize God's word. Good job being an example kids!


Embers (Preschool): is memorizing Psalm 19:1

NLT: The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display his craftsmanship.

ESV: The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.

(modified memorization: heavens proclaim glory of God the skies display His handiwork.)


Navigators (K-2nd Grade): is memorizing Micah 6:8

NLT: No, O people, the Lord has told you what is good and this is what He requires of you: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.

ESV: He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you? But to do justice and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God.

(modified memorization: He has told you what is good what does the Lord require? Do justice, love kindness, walk humbly, with your God.)


BaseCamp (3rd-5th Grade): is memorizing Proverbs 1:7

ESV: The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.
