Week 1 Review
Hey Kids! This week we met via Google Meet & started a memory verse challenge.
Each class has their own memory verse and ONE WEEK to memorize. We'll meet again next week via Google Meet to recite verses & get a new challenge. I will post a review of your weeks challenge so if you're not able to make the Google Meet you'll still be able to participate in the challenge!
As a reminder- as a church we use the ESV Bible translation but for Preschool - 2nd grade I tend to use the NLT Bible translation for easier understanding. Here are this week's verses & coloring pages to work on as you memorize (right click & save/print).
Embers (Preschool) : Ephesians 4:32 ESV "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you." [modified memorization: be kind, tenderhearted, forgiving as God.]
Navigators (K-2nd): Romans 12:11 NLT "Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically." [modified memorization: do not be lazy, work hard, serve the Lord enthusiastically.]
Base Camp (3rd-5th): Psalm 72:17 ESV "May his name endure forever, his fame continue as long as the sun! May people be blessed in him, all nations call him blessed!"
